- Tái phân tích/thẩm định tình hình tài chính, tính pháp lý của khách hàng và tài sản đảm bảo thế chấp, tư vấn cho quan hệ khách hàng các vấn đề về tài sản đảm bảo, thủ tục giấy tờ cần thiết.
- Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra hồ sơ và thẩm quyền phê duyệt của hồ sơ => soạn thảo và hoàn thành thủ tục trước khi giải ngân (công chứng, đăng ký giao dịch đảm bảo, nhập kho TSĐB).
- Kiểm tra, kiểm soát tính tuân thủ của hồ sơ => giải ngân, lưu và quản lý hồ sơ, kiểm soát rủi ro sau giải ngân.
- Theo dõi, chấm số liệu, làm báo cáo về khoản vay/TSĐB trên hệ thống và thực tế hồ sơ

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Re-analysis/evaluation of the financial situation, customer legal and mortgage collateral, advising relationship issues on collateral, the necessary paperwork.-Reception, check out the profile and authority of approval of the profile = > edit and complete the formalities before disbursing (notary, registration of transactions warrant, enter the TSĐB store).Inspection, control of compliance of the profile = > disbursements, save and record management, risk control after the disbursement.-Monitors, material, number of dots to do reporting on loans/TSĐB on the system and actual records
