Nhà lưu niệm Bác Hồ ở 112 Mai Thúc Loan, phường Thuận Lộc, thành phố Huế, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế. Đây là ngôi nhà Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh đã sống khi theo gia đình vào Huế lần thứ nhất từ 1895 - 1901.
Năm 1894, cụ Nguyễn Sinh Sắc (thân sinh Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh) thi đỗ Cử nhân ở kỳ thi Hương Nghệ An, năm 1895 vào Huế thi Hội nhưng không đỗ. Để chuẩn bị cho kỳ thi sau, cụ xin vào học Trường Quốc Tử Giám - Huế và được chấp nhận. Khi được nhận vào học ở Trường Quốc Tử Giám, cụ Sắc được cấp học bổng, nhưng rất ít, nên không đủ để sinh sống tại đất Kinh Đô. Vì vậy, cụ về quê bàn với gia đình đưa vợ con cùng vào Huế để gia đình có điều kiện giúp đỡ ông học hành, và ông cũng có thời gian chăm sóc, nuôi dạy các con. Cuối năm 1895, ông cùng vợ (bà Hoàng Thị Loan) và hai con trai Nguyễn Sinh Khiêm, Nguyễn Sinh Cung ( Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh) lên đường vào Huế, gửi lại con gái đầu lòng là Nguyễn Thị Thanh cho bà ngoại. Đến Huế nhờ người quen giới thiệu, cụ đã thuê được một gian nhà nhỏ ở đường Đông Ba (là ngôi nhà di tích hiện nay).
Tại đây, Cụ Nguyễn Sinh Sắc hằng ngày đi nghe giảng sách, thức khuya dậy sớm chuyên tâm học hành, Bà Hoàng Thị Loan quán xuyến việc gia đình, quay tơ dệt vải, chăm sóc con cái, giúp chồng yên tâm học hành. Hai anh em Khiêm, Cung được cha, mẹ hướng dẫn, dạy bảo làm việc nhà, quen với cuộc sống lao động. Nếp sống sinh hoạt gia đình giản dị, thanh bạch, chan hoà tình nhân ái, yêu thương. Đặc biệt ngôi nhà này là nơi bà Hoàng Thị Loan sinh người con thứ tư là cậu bé Nguyễn Sinh Xin và cũng là nơi bà đã trút hơi thở cuối cùng ở tuổi 33 vào ngày 22 tháng Chạp năm Canh Tý (10.2.1901).
Nhà lưu niệm Bác Hồ tại 112 - Mai Thúc Loan là một ngôi nhà gỗ kiến trúc theo kiểu nhà rường truyền thống Huế, rộng ba gian, gồm bốn vài cột, mái lợp ngói liệt, tường bao quanh bằng gạch vồ, phía trước là hệ thống cửa bản khoa “thượng song, hạ đố”. Nối với nhà chính là nhà bếp, vách trát đất, mái lợp tranh. Ngôi nhà nằm trong một tổng thể nhà - sân - vườn hoàn chỉnh.
