Tất cả thông tin, tư liệu, hình ảnh

Tất cả thông tin, tư liệu, hình ảnh được cung cấp từ một bên cho bên kia sẽ được coi là Thông tin Bảo mật và chỉ được dành riêng cho mục đích thực hiện Hợp đồng này. Thông tin Bảo mật không được cung cấp cho mọi bên thứ ba khi chưa có sự cho phép bằng văn bản của bên cung cấp. Thông tin Bảo mật không bao gồm các thông tin, tư liệu, hình ảnh được biết đến một cách rông rãi, các thông tin, tư liệu, hình ảnh mà bên được cung cấp đã sở hữu, hay các thông tin, sản phẩm được tạo ra từ các dịch vụ tại hợp đồng này. Khi hợp đồng này chấm dứt, các bên có nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm phải trả lại cho bên kia những Thông tin Bảo Mật mà đã được cung cấp, hay lưu lại dưới mọi hình thức. Điều khoản này vẫn sẽ luôn có hiệu lực kể cả sau khi hợp đồng này kết thúc.

All information, documents, images are provided from one party to the other party will be deemed confidential and will only be reserved for the purpose of performing this contract. Security information not be provided to any third party without the written consent of the providing party. Confidential information does not include information, data, images are known to extensively, the information, materials, images which are provided already owns, or the information, products are created from the service in this contract. When this agreement is terminated, the parties have the obligation and responsibility to return to the other party the confidential information that has been provided, or saved in any form. This provision will always remain in effect even after this contract ends.

All information, data, images supplied from one party to the other shall be deemed Confidential Information, and only for the purpose of implementing this Agreement. Confidential information is not provided to any third party without the written consent of the provider. Confidential information does not include the information, material, images are widely known, the information, data, images that the property was offered, or the information, products generated from the services in this contract. When the contract ends, the parties have obligations and responsibilities to give back to the other side of the Confidential Information that has been provided, or saved in any form. This provision will always be effective even after the contract ends.
