Tất cả các đương đơn sẽ trả phí theo biểu phí có hiệu lực tại ngày trả phí, ngoại trừ những phí thị thực định cư được trả cho Trung tâm Thị thực Quốc gia (NVC) tại Hoa Kỳ, thì biểu phí sẽ dựa trên ngày xuất hóa đơn.
