Theo đồ án quy hoạch chung xây dựng Thủ đô Hà Nội đến năm 2030 và tầm nhìn đến năm 2050
được liên danh tư vấn quốc tế PPJ trình bày, định hướng phát triển không gian của Hà Nội là có
