Khi làm việc tại những vị trí khác nhau trong CGV tôi đã gặp phải một số vấn đề như áp lực về doanh thu (target), thời hạn hoàn thành công việc, làm sau để có thể kiểm soát và đảm bảo được qui trình dịch vụ khi rạp đông khách,...
Ngoài việc tiếp xúc và giải quyết tình huống với khách hàng, tôi còn phải tiếp xúc với cấp trên và đồng nghiệp, điều đó giúp tôi ý thức được vai trò của việc team work là quan trọng như thế nào trong môi trường công sở.
