Hội nghị toàn cầu về phòng chống căn bệnh thế kỷ AIDS đã bắt đầu làm việc tại thủ đô Mexico city của Mexico sau những cảnh báo rằng khả năng chiến thắng căn bệnh này còn xa vời.
