PMU1 cảnh báo tới Tư vấn SMEC và tiếp tục khẳng định, bất cứ nội dung nào trong yêu cầu nêu trên không được SMEC thực hiện một cách nghiêm túc và có hiệu quả, Ban QLDA1 sẽ báo cáo Bộ GTVT và WB chấm dứt hợp đồng…….. theo điều khoản…..
