Cục Hải quan Bình Dương đã nghiên cứu và xây dựng Sổ tay hướng dẫn hồ sơ hải quan đối với từng loại hình hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu trên cơ sở rà soát, phân loại các thủ tục hải quan đang được thực hiện tại đơn vị, nghiên cứu tổng hợp chuẩn hóa các chứng từ trong hồ sơ hải quan nhằm minh bạch hóa chính sách, văn bản pháp luật, đảm bảo công tác phục vụ hiệu quả, nhanh chóng, chính xác, đúng quy định.
