2.2. Hồ sơ mở tài khoản của tổ chức:
1. Giấy đề nghị mở tài khoản theo mẫu của Eximbank: Giấy đề nghị mở tài khoản phải bao gồm các yếu tố chính sau:
-Tên của tổ chức: tên đầy đủ, tên viết tắt, tên tiếng Anh, địa chỉ giao dịch, số điện thoại, số fax, emai, lĩnh vực hoạt động kinh doanh.
-Thông tin về người đại diện hợp pháp đăng ký làm chủ tài khoản theo mục a, phần 1.1 “Giấy đề nghị mở tài khoản cá nhân”
-Thông tin về kế toán trưởng hoặc người phụ trách kế toán (Đối với trường hợp tổ chức mở tài khoản thuộc đối tượng phải bố trí kế toán trưởng theo quy định của pháp luật). Các thông tin này được nêu như mục a, phần 1.1 “Giấy đề nghị mở tài khoản cá nhân”
-Mẫu chữ ký của chủ tài khoản, kế toán trưởng hoặc người phụ trách kế toán (nếu có), mẫu dấu (nếu có) theo quy định của Eximbank;
-Chữ ký, họ tên của người đại diện hợp pháp và đóng dấu (nếu có) của tổ chức mở tài khoản;
-Tính tuân thủ đạo luật Fatca.

This information is stated as a section, the section 1.1 "paper proposed to open personal account"-Signature of the account holder, the chief accountant or person in charge of accounting (if any), seal (if any) prescribed by the Eximbank;-Signature, full name of the legal representative and stamped (if any) of the open organization accounts;-Fatca Act compliance.
