Ngày 03/03/205 Nhà thầu đã ký biên bản bàn giao mặt bằng (lý trình từ km 14+310.19-:- km14+489), nhưng trên thực tế, đến ngày 18/03/2015 đơn vị chủ quản bến xe cầu Rào mới phá dỡ xong các công trình hiện hữu để bàn giao mặt bằng cho Nhà thầu. Với thời gian bàn giao như trên, Nhà thầu sẽ không thể đúc cọc, phục vụ cho công tác ép cọc thử vào ngày 28/03/2015 như tiến độ đã đệ trình. Qua tìm hiểu trên địa bàn thành phố Hải Phòng, Nhà thầu nhận thấy Công ty CP Bê tông và XD Hải Phòng, có sản xuất loại cọc, đáp ứng được các yêu cầu về kỹ thuật của dự án. Để đảm bảo tiến độ chung của dự án, Nhà thầu đề xuất sẽ mua cọc do Công ty CP Bê tông và XD Hải Phòng sản xuất, sử dụng làm cọc thử.
Kính đề nghị Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn giám sát, xem xét chấp thuận đề xuất trên của Nhà thầu, nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để Nhà thầu tiến hành ép cọc thử theo đúng kế hoạch, làm cơ sở để sản xuất cọc đại trà, đẩy nhanh tiến độ của dự án.
