a. Nhận đủ tiền thuê văn phòng theo

a. Nhận đủ tiền thuê văn phòng theo đúng kỳ hạn theo quy định tại Điều 3 Hợp đồng này.
b. Nhận bàn giao lại văn phòng khi hợp đồng này chấm dứt với hiện trạng như hiện trạng đã được ký kết giữa hai bên.
c. Trường hợp bên B chậm thanh toán tiền thuê văn phòng, theo quy định tại Điều 3 Hợp đồng này thì bên A có quyền yêu cầu bên B thanh toán tiền lãi trên số tiền nộp chậm theo lãi suất của ngân hàng BIDV Quảng Nam tại thời điểm thanh toán.
d. Không hoàn trả số tiền bên B đã chuyển trước nếu bên B đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng mà không báo trước theo thời gian quy định.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
