Around me there are a lot of people, fat people, thin people, but I think keeping a good shape is the best thing for everyone. To do that, I think we should have a mode of living is reasonable. The first is diet. Daily, and my meal on time, my dishes usually do not have too much fat, sweeteners which I always try to balance the diet, especially green vegetables and fruits. Besides, I have a habit of drinking plenty of water every day. Next, I think I need to sleep, stay fit, to stay awake too late. To keep in shape, I still play the sport that suits you. I usually walk or badminton. Sports help my body healthy and limber. I made those modes on a regular basis and achieve. That helped me a lot in everyday life.
