(j) Tư vấn thiết kế có trách nhiệm trình bày và bảo vệ các quan điểm về các nội dung liên quan đến công việc thiết kế trong các buổi họp trình duyệt của các cấp có thẩm quyền do Chủ đầu tư tổ chức. Giải trình cho các cấp thẩm quyền những vấn đề có liên quan đến việc thẩm định và phê duyệt thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế bản vẽ thi công của Công trình khi có yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư.
