Tôi tên là Đào Duy Bảo Định. Hôm nay tôi viết biên bản tường trình này với mục đích báo cáo lại toàn bộ sự thật của vụ việc vừa qua. Tôi xin hứa toàn bộ nội dung sau đây là sự thật và sẽ chịu toàn bộ trách nhiệm nếu lời khai trên có gian dối.
thưa ông,vào khoảng 12 giờ trưa ngày hôm qua (20/2) tôi đã phục vụ món bánh mì mà tôi không phải là người nhận thực đơn cho 2 vị khách. trong món ăn này có chứa thịt ba rọi xông khói và trước đó khi gọi món vị khách này không có yêu cầu gì đặc biệt, nhưng sau khi mang thức ăn lên ông ấy thấy thịt ba rọi xông khói và yêu cầu đổi lại một đĩa mới vì ông ta không ăn được chúng. sau đó tôi đã mang đĩa thức ăn vào khu vực trong và tự ý bỏ tất cả thịt ba rọi xông khói ra khỏi món ăn rồi tiếp tục mang ra phục vụ như cũ.
khoảng 10 phút sau, vị khách tỏ ra thái độ rất khó chịu và mang đĩa thức ăn đến cho tôi, ông cho rằng đây không phải là đĩa thức ăn mới mà là đĩa cũ đã được bỏ thịt ba rọi xông khói. ông rất tức giận và yêu cầu phải gặp được người chịu trách nhiệm cho việc này. Tôi đã bối rối và lập tức gọi điện cho người giám sát của mình và trình bày sự việc cho cô ấy. đây là toàn bộ sự việc đã diễn ra vào trưa hôm ngày 20/2. tôi thật sự rất hối hận khi đã có những hành động ngu ngốc và tôi hiểu được hành động của mình đã xúc phạm đến người khách như thế nào, đây là vấn đề liên quan đến tôn giáo và tôi là người rất tôn trọng những niềm tin tôn giáo. tôi biết vị khách sẽ thật sự rất giận và điều tôi làm quả thật rất khủng khiếp, tôi đã xúc phạm đến niềm tin của ông ta nên bản thân tôi cũng cảm thấy vô cùng tồi tệ. ngày hôm qua tôi đã học được bài học rất lớn cho cả cuộc đời mình và cho những công việc trong tương lai của tôi. tôi học được rằng mình cần phải trung thực trong lời nói, trong hành động và trong tâm trí. tôi đã lừa dối vị khách đó vì một phút giây ngu muội của bản thân và tôi cảm thấy mình thật đáng thất vọng. tôi xin chấp nhận mọi hình thức kỉ luật của ban khách sạn với sự chân thành tha thiết và lòng mong mỏi được gửi lời xin lỗi đến vị khách ngày hôm qua.
