Xin chào mọi người.
Hôm nay tôi rất vui vì được chia sẽ những suy nghĩ của mình về những điều quan trọng trong công việc.
Đối với tôi, 3 điều quan trọng nhất trong công việc đó chính là kỹ năng mềm, chuyên môn và sức khỏe
1. Về kỹ năng mềm. Tôi luôn cố gắng nâng cao kỹ năng giao tiếp và tích cực rèn luyện đạo đức, ứng xử với mọi người xung quanh. Kỹ năng mềm giúp tôi hiểu hơn về những người xung quanh và giúp tôi có một đánh giá chính xác về những hoàn cảnh mà tôi đối mặt. Điều này giúp tôi mạnh mẽ và là hành trang để tôi có thể vững bước trong mục tiêu tôi đã chọn.
2. Về chuyên môn. Khi đang là sinh viên, tôi luôn cố gắng học tập thật tốt, tích lũy thật nhiều kiến thức chuyên môn, đọc sách, giao lưu gặp gỡ với thầy cô, bạn bè. Điều này giúp tôi khắc sâu và biết cách vận dụng kiến thức mình đã học vào thực tế. Kiến thức chuyên môn cũng chính là điều kiện thiết yếu để tôi có thể làm tốt công việc của mình trong tương lai không xa.
3. Về sức khỏe. Đối với tôi, dù bạn là ai, làm công việc gì thì đều cần có sức khỏe. Sẽ không có bất kỳ một công ty, tổ chức nào muốn thuê một nhân viên làm việc 30 ngày mà có tới gần một nữa số ngày nghỉ phép vì sức khỏe không đảm bảo. Áp lực từ công việc là rất lớn, vì vậy mỗi chúng ta cần có một sức khỏe tốt. Mỗi sáng thức dậy tôi đều chạy bộ 2km và chăm chút cho từng bữa ăn của mình có đầy đủ dinh dưỡng.
Trên đây là 3 điều mà tôi nghĩ là quan trọng nhất đối với tôi trong công việc
