Hai bên thỏa thuận ký Hợp đồng tín dụng với các điều khoản sau đây:
Điều 1: Giải thích từ ngữ
Trong Hợp đồng này các từ ngữ dưới đây được hiểu như sau:
1. Hợp đồng này là Hợp đồng tín dụng số 15192/2015/HDTDNT-VCB-GK
2. Hạn mức cho vay: là mức du nợ vay ngắn hạn tối đa mà Bên A có thể cho Bên B vay trong thời hạn cấp hạn mức cấp tín dụng của Hợp đồng này ( bao gồm cả dư nợ thực tế và số tiền đã duyệt cho vay nhưng chưa nhận nợ).
3. Hạn mức chiết khấu: là số dư chiết khấu ngắn hạn tối đa mà Bên A có thể thực hiện chiết khấu có truy đòi các bộ chứng từ hàng xuất khẩu của Bên B trong thời hạn cấp hạn mức cấp tín dụng của Hợp đồng này.
4. Hạn mức bảo lánh: là số dư bảo lanhax tối đa đã trừ phần ký quý (không bao gồm các cam kết bảo lãnh phát hành theo hình thức tín dụng chứng từ nhập khẩu hàng hóa), mà Bên A có thể bảo lãnh cho Bên B trong thời hạn cấp hạn mức cấp tín dụng của hợp đồng này.
5. Hạn mức phát hành thư tín dụng: là số dư thư tín dụng chưa thanh toán tối đa, đã trừ ohaanf ký quỹ, mà Bên A có thể phát hành cho Bên B trong thời hạn cấp hạn mức cấp tín dụng của Hợp đồng này.
6. Hạn mức cấp tín dụng: là mức tối đa của tổng số dư cho vay, chiết khấu, bảo lãnh, thư tín dụng và các hình thức tín dụng khác mà Bên A có thể cấp cho Bên B trong thợi hạn cấp hạn mức cấp tín dụng của hợp đồng này.
7. thời hạn cấp hạn mức cấp tín dụng: là khoảng thời gian mà Bên B có quyền đề nghị và Bên A có quyền xem xét, quyết định ký các hợp đồng đính kèm để xác định cụ thể hạn mức cho vay, hạn mức chiết khấu, hạn mức bảo lãnh, hạn mức phát hành thư tín dụng và các hình thức tín dụng khác (nếu có) phù hợp với hạn mức cấp tín dụng được cấp theo hợp đồng này.
8. hợp đồng đính kèm: được hiểu là hợp đồng cho vay theo hạn mức, hơp đồng cấp hạn mức chiết khấu, hợp đồng cấp hạn mức bảo lãnh, hợp đồng cấp hạn mức phát hành thư tín dụng và các hình thức cấp tín dụng khác.
9. Các khoản tín dụng được cấp; là các khaonr tín dụng mà Bên A cấp cho Bên B dưới cá hình thức:
+ Cho vay theo hợp đồng cho vay theo hạn mức.
+ Chiết khấu theo hợp đồng cấp hạn mức chiết khấu
+ bảo lãnh theo hợp đồng cấp hạn mức bảo lãnh

The two sides agreed to sign a credit agreement with the following terms:
Article 1: Definitions
In this Agreement the following terms shall be construed as follows:
1. This contract is the Credit Contract No. 15192/2015 / HDTDNT-VCB-GK
2. Borrowing limit: is the term du maximum debt by Party A to Party B may borrow within the limit levels of credit extension of this Agreement (including the actual loan balance and the amount approved for but has not received any loan debt).
3. The discount limit: the short-term balance of the maximum discount that Party A can make recourse discounting the export documents of Party B within quota levels of credit extension hereof.
