Nếu một trong hai Bên bị cản trở toàn bộ hoặc một phần việc thực hiện bất kỳ nghĩa vụ nào của mình theo Hợp đồng này vì lý do sự kiện bất khả kháng thì việc không thực hiện nghĩa vụ đó không bị coi là vi phạm hợp đồng
