Quy trình sản xuất điện thoại

Quy trình sản xuất điện thoại Samsung ở hầu hết tất cả các quốc gia trên thế giới, kể cả Việt Nam, đều được thực hiện sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn chung.
Trong quá trình sản xuất, khung điện thoại là bộ phận được sản xuất đầu tiên. Phần khung thường được định hình từ một khối kim loại khô thông qua máy CNC. Sau đó, quá trình cắt gọt tiếp tục diễn ra nhằm tạo nên các chi tiết như ăngten, nút bấm, camera và những chi tiết khác.
Quá trình tiếp theo là Color Anodizing, quá trình này là nhuộm màu cho khung kim loại, mang lại màu sắc cũng như độ bóng cho phần khung điện thoại.
Tiếp theo, sau khi hoàn thành phần khung điện thoại, các bộ phận vi mạch điện tử, chip được lắp ráp ngay sau đó.
Bước cuối cùng là thử nghiệm lại và đóng hộp cùng với linh kiện.
