Tôi chắc chắn một điều là tất cả mọi người trên thế giới này đều muốn thành công đối với mục đích mà mình đang hướng tới. Tuy nhiên, để thành công thì chúng ta cần phải có một số yếu tố mà nó sẽ quyết định chúng ta có thành công hay không.
Đầu tiên và quan trọng nhất đó chính là sự đam mê. Đây là một yếu tố bắt buộc phải có nếu muốn thành công trong bất kì lĩnh vực nào. Hãy nhớ một điều là tất cả những người thành công điều có sự đam mê và tình yêu mãnh liệt đối với việc mình làm. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, ... Niềm đam mê đã giúp họ vượt qua những điều tưởng chừng như không thể. Thành công không bao giờ đến với ai hời hợt và nửa vời.
Điều thứ hai, chấp nhận thử thách, vượt qua khó khăn và không bao giờ bỏ cuộc. Mỗi lần thất bại là mỗi lần chúng ta đến với thành công gần hơn, chấp nhận thất bại và bước tiếp, quan trọng là học được những gì từ thất bại. Chúng ta chỉ thật sự thất bại khi chúng ta bỏ cuộc.
Bên cạnh đó, trình độ chuyên môn và các kỹ năng cần thiết là rất quan trọng. Hãy trang bị và hoàn thiện những vấn đề này. Nếu bạn muốn phá huỷ một khúc gỗ thì bạn cần một chiếc rìu, trình độ chuyên môn và kỹ năng là chiếc rìu đó.
Và một điều nữa đó là ngoại ngữ, nên nhớ rằng ạn đang sống trong một thời đại mà không có ngoại ngữ bạn sẽ bị bỏ lại. Ngoại ngữ giúp bạn mở rộng bản thân hơn và biết mình đang ở đâu trong thế giới này. Nếu không thì đừng mơ về những điều khác.
Và cuối cùng là may mắn, May mắn chỉ đến với những người có được tất cả những điều trên. Hãy cố gắng hết sức.
