• Luật Đầu tư 2014 đã quy định đối với các dự án nhà đầu tư nước ngoài hoặc doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài góp vốn 51% vốn điều lệ mới phải xin cấp giấy CNĐKĐT. Đây thực sự là một bước mở nhằm góp phần thu hút, khuyến khích đầu tư đối với nhà đầu tư nước ngoài đầu tư tại Việt Nam. (Căn cứ Điều 23 Luật Đầu tư 2014).
