Trong bài viết này tôi sẽ đề cập đến một trong mười nguyên lý của kinh tế học . Nguyên lý mà tôi sẽ nhắc đến trong bài viết này là nguyên lý đầu tiên trong mười nguyên lý cơ bản của kinh tế học, đó là sự đánh đổi.


Trong thời gian qua dư luận và các tờ báo lớn trong nước đã tốn không ít giấy mực về việc xả thải những chất độc hại gây ô nhiễm nghiêm trọng tới môi trường tự nhiên của các nhà máy lớn trong nước . Theo thống kê của bộ tài nguyên và môi trường thì mỗi năm có hàng trăm tấn khói bụi và những chất độc hại khác được thải ra từ các công ty lớn, việc đó đã ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng tới môi trường sinh thái tự nhiên và sức khỏe của người dân sống gần những công ty lớn đó .

Trước thực trạng đó các nhà chức trách đã nhiều lần cân nhắc, có nên duy trì những nhà máy mà mỗi năm mang lại cho nguồn ngân sách quốc gia Hàng trăm tỉ đồng đó hay nên giữ lại cho quốc gia một môi trường sinh thái tự nhiên, trong sạch và người dân sẽ có một môi trường không khí trong sạch hơn. Sự cân nhắc giữa hai quyết định, nên giữ lại các công ty lớn hay một môi trường sinh thái tự nhiên của các nhà chức trách đã cho thấy được sự đánh đổi giữa các lựa chọn của người ra quyết định.

According to statistics of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment, then each year there are hundreds of tons of dust, smoke and other harmful substances discharged from large companies, that have serious impacts to the natural ecological environment and the health of people living close to these big companies.Reality that the authorities have many times to consider, should maintain those plants that each year gives the source of national budgets hundreds of billions that or should retain for the country a natural ecological environment, clean and people will have a more clean air environment. The decision between the two considerations, should retain the big companies or a natural eco-environment of the authorities was to see the trade-off between the choice of decision makers.
