Họ sẽ yêu cầu trực tiếp (i) đội trưởng phụ trách thi công hoặc (ii) Tư vấn giám sát môi trường hoặc (iii) Giám đốc dự án của nhà thầu tại vị trí gây ra khiếu nại để giải quyết. Giám sát hiện trường của Tư vấn sẽ xác định tính hợp lý của khiếu nại để yêu cầu nhà thầu giải quyết. Đồng thời các khiếu nại này sẽ được báo cáo tới Kỹ sư môi trường của Tư vấn bởi Giám sát hiện trường của Tư vấn. Nếu các khiếu nại được giải quyết ngay, sự việc kết thúc. Trong trường hợp người dân tiếp tục không thỏa mãn với hành động sửa chữa của nhà thầu, thủ tục khiếu nại sẽ chuyển sang mức độ 2.

They will require direct (i) the captain is in charge of construction or (ii) supervising the environment or (iii) the contractor's project manager at the location caused a complaint to resolve. Supervision of the consultant will determine the reasonableness of the claim to require contractors to solve. At the same time the claims that will be reported to the environmental engineering of supervision by the advice of counsel. If the complaint is resolved soon, the affair is over. In the case of people continue not satisfy with the action of repair contractors, the grievance procedure will move on to level 2.
