Cụ thể thì đối với cá nhân, tổ chức thực hiện đăng ký giá có quyền mua, bán hàng hóa, dịch vụ theo giá đã đăng ký nếu sau 05 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày thực hiện đăng ký theo quy định mà không nhận được văn bản (công văn, fax, thư điện tử) của cơ quan tiếp nhận Biểu mẫu yêu cầu tổ chức, cá nhân không được thực hiện mức giá đăng ký.
