Một người lãnh đạo giỏi không phải

Một người lãnh đạo giỏi không phải là người tự mình hoàn thành tốt công việc mà là người biết hướng nhân viên hoành thành công việc đó.
Tôi muốn trở thành nhà lãnh đạo theo phong cách dân chủ. Yêu cầu người khác làm việc dựa trên sự đồng tình, thoải mái, tự do sáng tạo và cùng nhau hoàn thành công việc. Muốn trở thành nhà lãnh đạo giỏi để lãnh đạo người khác thì trước hết phải lãnh đạo được chính bản thân mình.
Trong lãnh đạo cần phải xây dựng được mình thành một hình mẫu để nhân viên hướng tới đó cũng là cách để thúc đẩy nhân viên làm việc hiệu quả hơn.
Với tôi thì tham vọng chính là yếu tố để thành công trong công việc, vì chính nó sẽ làm những dự định trở thành hiện thực.
Đối với nhà lãnh đạo thì tham vọng lại càng quan trọng.
