HÓA CHẤT SILAN COATING (SURPAS – 06P)
SURPAS – 06P là loại hóa chất không chứa Chrome, được tạo thành trên nền hợp chất bis – silanes nhằm mục đích thụ động bề mặt ở công đoạn cuối của quy trình xử lý và không cần rửa nước tiếp theo. Hóa chất SURPAS – 06P được sử dụng cho sắt, thép, nhôm, tôn mạ kẽm bằng phương pháp nhúng hoặc phun thay cho chromate truyền thống.Ưu điểm nổi bật của SURPAS-06P so với chromate truyền thống là kinh tế hơn, dễ sử dụng hơn và độ bám của lớp sơn Topcoat cũng tốt hơn.
Ngoài ra, còn ưu điểm khác nữa của SURPAS-06P là chỉ sử dụng nước D.I để pha chế nên ít gâyô nhiểm môi trường và dễ dàng xử lý nước thải.
