- Thay mặt Khách hàng nộp bộ hồ sơ tại cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền;

- Thay mặt Khách hàng liên hệ với các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền, theo dõi quá trình đánh giá hồ sơ của những cơ quan này;

- Hỗ trợ Khách hàng trong việc giải trình, sửa đổi, bổ sung hồ sơ theo yêu cầu của cơ quan có thẩm quyền;

- Nhận kết quả thủ tục pháp lý từ cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền và giao cho Khách hàng;
III. CÁC YÊU CẦU ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH HÀNG, QUY TRÌNH THỰC HIỆN, THỜI GIAN VÀ PHÍ DỊCH VỤ


1. Các yêu cầu về tài liệu:

- Tài liệu cần chuẩn bị tại nước ngoài:
(Đối với trường hợp nhà đầu tư là pháp nhân)
+ Chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh
+ Báo cáo tài chính hai năm gần nhất
+ Điều lệ công ty
+ Hộ chiếu người đại diện theo pháp luật của pháp nhân
+ Hộ chiếu giám đốc tại Việt Nam
+ Xác nhận số dư tài khoản tại ngân hàng của Nhà đầu tư;
Lưu ý: Các tài liệu trên phải được công chứng, chứng nhận lãnh sự và hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự đầy đủ.
(Đối với trường hợp nhà đầu tư là cá nhân)
+ Hộ chiếu nhà đầu tư;
+ Hộ chiếu giám đốc tại Việt Nam
+ Xác nhận số dư tài khoản tại ngân hàng của Nhà đầu tư;

- Tài liệu cần chuẩn bị tại Việt Nam:
+ Hợp đồng chứng minh về địa điểm(Bản gốc);
+ Và các tài liệu có liên quan khác.
2. Các yêu cầu về thông tin: Nhà đầu tư cần cung cấp cho Nhà tư vấn về các thông tin nhân thân có liên quan của nhà đầu tư (Địa chỉ thường trú, số điện thoại, email...).

3. Quy trình thực hiện:

a. Bước 1: Nộp hồ sơ và thực hiện giải trình về nội dung dự án tại cơ quan quản lý đầu tư tại địa phương.
b. Bước 2: Thực hiện giải trình nhằm đạt được văn bản chấp thuận tại Bộ Công thương liên quan đến việc cho phép nhà đầu tư nước ngoài thực hiện quyền xuất khẩu, quyền nhập khẩu, quyền phân phối.
c. Bước 3: Quay lại cơ quan quản lý về đầu tư tại đại phương,tiến hành xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư.
d. Bước 4: Thực hiện xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp; Khắc con dấu tại Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư thành phố Hà Nội.

4. Thời gian thực hiện:

- Thời gian thực hiện là 45 (Bốn mươi lăm) ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhà tư vấn nhận được đầy đủ thông tin và tài liệu của khách hàng.

Lưu ý: Thời gian nêu trên sẽ không bao gồm thời gian giải trình, sửa đổi, bổ sung hồ sơ theo yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền (nếu có).

5. Phí dịch vụ:

- Phí dịch vụ cho việc thực hiện các công việc nêu trên là 4.500 USD (Bốn nghìn lăm trăm USD) mức phí này đã bao gồm các khoản phí, lệ phí chính thức phải nộp cho cơ quan nhà nước nhưng không bao gồm thuế giá trị gia tăng.
