Sau khi chúng tôi nhận được thông tin phản hồi của Quí Công ty. Chúng tôi đã điều tra lại các qui trình sản xuất trong từng công đoạn của xưởng sản xuất ballast Slim Pana
Thời gian sấy và nhiệt độ sấy thì công nhân tại công đoạn sơn thực hiện đúng theo quy định sơn, tất cả các công đoạn đều được thực hiện đúng theo quy trình và quy định mà công ty đưa ra.
Chúng tôi đã tiến hành thử nghiệm thắp sáng ballast với số lượng là 4pcs trong đó Slim Pana 3pcs và Lekise 1pcs, thời gian thắp sáng là 3 ngày bắt đầu từ 19H00 ngày 23/01/2016 đến 19H00 ngày 26/01/2016. Kết quả Chi tiết xem file đính kèm.
Qua quá trình test thử nghiệm thắp sáng thì tính chất tương đồng giữa ballast lekise và slim pana thay đổi màu như nhau, chất lượng sơn sau khi test đều tương đồng như nhau.
Sau khi thắp sáng bên quý khách hàng có yêu cầu thắp sáng bao nhiêu ngày đê kiểm tra sơn ngã màu để chúng tôi cải tiến.
