Kế toán trưởng cũng có quyền yêu cầu các bộ phận chức năng khác trong bộ máy quản lý cùng phối hợp thực hiện những công việc chuyên môn có liên quan đến các bộ phận chức năng đó, có quyền ký duyệt tất cả các tài liệu kế toán và có quyền từ chối đối với tất cả những vấn đề tài chính không phù hợp với chế độ quy định của Nhà Nước.
