Có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho Bên A các chi phí mà Bên A dùng để giải quyết các khiếu nại, khiếu kiện và đòi bồi thường của Khách Hàng trong trường hợp Bên B không kịp thời giải quyết theo quy định của Hợp Đồng này bằng việc tính toán chi phí bồi hoàn này vào các Khoản Phải Thu từ Bên B. Để tránh nhầm lẫn, Bên A có quyền nhưng không có nghĩa vụ thay mặt Bên B bồi thường cho Khách Hàng nếu việc bồi thường phát sinh do lỗi của Bên B, và việc Bên A bồi thường cho Khách Hàng trong trường hợp này không giải phóng Bên B khỏi (i) các nghĩa vụ phát sinh từ khiếu nại, tranh chấp với Khách Hàng đó và (ii) nghĩa vụ bồi hoàn của Bên B đối với Bên A.
