- Đương sự phải có mặt và có quyền tự bào chữa hoặc nhờ luật sư, bào chữa viên nhân dân hoặc người khác bào chữa. Nếu đương sự vẫn vắng mặt sau 03 lần thông báo bằng văn bản (mỗi lần cách nhau 10 ngày), thì người sử dụng lao động có quyền xử lý kỷ luật và thông báo quyết định lỷ luật cho đương sự biết.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Litigants must be present and have the right to counsel or lawyer, Member or other person. If litigants still absent after 3 times the notice in writing (a 10 days), then the employer has disciplinary authority and announcement of lỷ law for litigants to know.

- The person must be present and have the right to defend himself or through legal assistance, the people's advocates or counsel others. If the applicant is still absent after 03 times written notice (each separated by 10 days), then the employer has the right to discipline and informed decisions for the insistent law litigants.
