Suối Tranh bắt nguồn từ dãy núi Hàm Ninh ở phía Đông Bắc đảo Phú Quốc, Suối Tranh mang theo nhiều dòng suối nhỏ chảy từ các khe núi len lỗi qua những thảm cỏ xanh mướt nhập vào dòng chính để thành con suối lớn dài trên 16 km.
Tại sao gọi là Suối Tranh ?

- Ngày xưa trên thượng nguồn có một rừng tranh ngút ngàn. Năm 1963 nhà thơ Đông Hồ đã đặt chân đến đây cảm hứng với vẻ đẹp của rừng tranh cùng với rừng suối trong mát hiền hòa, cho nên nhà thơ đã quyết định đặt tên cho dòng suối này là Suối Tranh. Tên suối cũng ra đời từ đó bởi nét đẹp như tranh.

Suối tranh chảy hiền hòa bên cạnh những bờ đá nối tiếp nhau chạy dài đến ngút ngàn tầm mắt, nước suối tại đây rất trong, các bạn đến đây sẽ được tận mắt ngắm nhìn đàn cá bơi lội tung tăng dưới suối, các bạn có thể tắm dưới dòng suối mát lạnh để tận hưởng cái lạnh và sự êm dịu của dòng chảy.
