I have 6 meals include breakfast as breakfast, lunch, dinner and breakfast. Packed into extremely important for the health of each person. So, I never forgot. I ate some fruits such as oranges, apples, bananas and. at 3 pm. My dinner starts at 6 pm. I eat rice, vegetables, soup, fish. Before bed I drink more milk to 1 cup for sleep. That's my eating habits. I think I've got a habit of eating a full energy to I learn and work all day
