Trong trường hợp phát hiện dụng cụ sản xuất ở khu vực sản xuất bị hư hỏng, vệ sinh không đạt yêu cầu thì QC giám sát không cho tiến hành sản xuất và yêu cầu vệ sinh lại dụng cụ, thiết bị. Khi nào kiểm tra thấy dụng cụ, thiết bị vệ sinh đã đạt yêu cầu thì cho sản xuất bình thường.
