. Một bên không hoàn thành nhiệm vụ của mình do trường hợp bất khả kháng sẽ không phải bồi thường thiệt hại, bị phạt hoặc bị chấm dứt hợp đồng. Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp giữa các bên do sự kiện bất khả kháng xảy ra hoặc kéo dài thì tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết theo quy định tại Mục 21 ĐKC.
