24.6. Khi nhận chuyển nhượng, Bên nhận chuyển nhượng phải đáp ứng đầy đủ các điều kiện sau:
24.6.1. Có đầy đủ năng lực tài chính, kỹ thuật và quản lý để thực hiện Hợp đồng BOT này và các hợp đồng có liên quan.
24.6.2. Cam kết thực hiện đầy đủ các quyền và nghĩa vụ của Bên chuyển nhượng theo quy định của Hợp đồng BOT này và các hợp đồng có liên quan.

24.6. When the assignee, the assignee Party must meet the following conditions:24.6.1. Have adequate financial, technical capacity and management to make this BOT contract and related contracts.24.6.2. Committed to fully implementing the rights and obligations of the parties to the assignment under the provisions of this BOT contract and related contracts.
