QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Điều 1. Đặt tên, số hiệu đường Huyện lộ (ĐH), thuộc tỉnh Hà Nam, gồm 58 tuyến, với tổng chiều dài 283,56 km, thuộc địa bàn các huyện: Duy Tiên, Lý Nhân, Bình Lục, Thanh Liêm, Kim Bảng (có phụ lục kèm theo).
Điều 2. Ủy ban nhân dân các huyện: Duy Tiên, Lý Nhân, Bình Lục, Thanh Liêm, Kim Bảng thực hiện quản lý, bảo trì hệ thống đường bộ của huyện;
Sở Giao thông vận tải hướng dẫn Ủy ban nhân dân các huyện thực hiện quản lý, bảo trì hệ thống đường huyện, đường giao thông nông thôn và đặt tên, số hiệu đường xã theo phân cấp.
Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 28/10/2016; thay thế Quyết định số 25/2013/QĐ-UBND ngày 23/5/2013 của UBND tỉnh về đặt số hiệu hệ thống đường huyện, địa bàn tỉnh Hà Nam.
Điều 4. Chánh Văn phòng Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh; Thủ trưởng các Sở, Ngành và Ủy ban nhân dân các huyện, thành phố và các đơn vị liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi Quyết định này./.
