trong bài nghiên cứu tôi đã sử dụng thang đánh giá ,bảng câu hỏi,hình thức quan sát.tôi dùng một số phương pháp để lấy thông tin như là sử dụng một chương trình quan sát lớp học và cho sinh viên năm nhất trả lời câu hỏi trên phiếu trắc nghiệm.
