khi tham gia lao động thực tế tại công ty TP đã giúp cho bản thân em rất nhiều,và với công việc được giao tại công ty,bản thân em cũng học được rất nhiều kỹ năng thực tiễn cho nghề nghiệp bản thân như:
-nhận thức rõ ràng về các bước,quy trình thực hiện và hoàn tất tốt công việc
-cải thiện kiến thức nhằm phụ vụ,đáp ứng tốt hơn trong công việc hiện tại và mai sau
-biết cách phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận khác để hoàn tất công việc
-nâng cao và cải thiện kỹ năng hợp tác,làm việc theo nhóm
-ngoài kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm thì kỹ năng làm việc độc lập cũng dần được cải thiện hơn.
