Điều 9: Thông báo cho Công ty Tân Đức các nội dung sau:
1. Thông tin về các nhà thầu thi công, giấy phép xây dựng, thời gian thi công, thời điểm hoàn thành và đi vận hành chính thức.
2. Thông báo bằng văn bản về việc đấu nối hạ tầng để Công ty Tân Đức thực hiện giám sát việc đấu nối hạ tầng.

Điều 10: Giám sát công tác bảo vệ môi trường:
