Regarding Security Professional training for our Security Team, Mr. Sang sent the list to me for 5 Security guards to join the first course. Total fee is VND 7,500,000 (VND 1,500,000/person). Please find attached the proposed list of attendants for your reference.

SM. Nghi suggests that Security Guards who join the training must sign a commitment to work for the company at least 12 months after finishing the course, if they break the commitment, they have to refund the fee (VND 1,500,000) for the company.
Về việc đào tạo Nghiệp vụ Bảo vệ cho đội Bảo vệ, Đội trưởng Sang đã gửi danh sách đến HR cho 5 nhân viên tham dự đợt đầu. Tổng chi phí là VND 7,500,000 (VND 1,500,000/người). Vui lòng tham khảo danh sách đính kèm.

SM. Nghi đề nghị các nhân viên tham dự khoá đào tạo phải ký cam kết làm việc cho công ty ít nhất 12 tháng sau khi hoàn tất khoa đào tạo, nếu họ vi phạm bản cam kết, họ sẽ phải hoàn tiền học phí lại cho công ty (VND 1,500,000).

Nhân sự đề nghị không cần phải ký cam kết làm việc cho công ty bởi vì:
1. Theo quy định tại điều 4.7 sổ tay nhân viên quy định: chương trình đào tạo có giá trị dứơi 500 USD công ty sẽ không yêu cầu làm cam kết làm việc.
2. Các bảo vệ tham gia khóa học đều đã đựợc ký kết hợp đồng lao động và làm việc ổn định tại công ty.

Xin BGĐ xem xét đề nghị này và cho tôi biết quyết định để tiến hành các bước tiếp theo
