Tổng doanh thu hoạt động du lịch và dịch vụ ước đạt 1.282 tỷ đồng, tăng 31,4%. Hiện tại, thành phố có 366 cơ sở kinh doanh lưu trú với 8.728 phòng và 14.178 giường, thu hút 7.770 lao động trực tiếp.
