ARTICLE 2. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND ORDER OF PRIORITY:
2.1 Profile contracts, including the base contract signed; the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the documents in Clause 2.2 below.
2.2 The contract attached documents are integral parts of the construction consultancy contract. Documents attached to the contract and the order of priority for handling contradictions between documents include:
a) Decision approving the bidding results 48 / QD-PC dated 17th of May, 2015 of the Commission's City People Lieu silver;
b) Notification of bidding results 04 / TB-BQLCT management of capital construction projects city Lieu 20th day of May, 2015.
c) of the Bidding Documents A ;
d) The tender of the contractor;
e) Report on the contract negotiation; the amended and supplemented in writing;
e) The annex to the contract;
g) other documents concerned.
ARTICLE 3: EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION:
3.1 The notice, approval, certificate or decision ... given in writing to be transferred to the recipient by post, by fax or email to the address specified by the parties in the contract.
3.2 In case of any change in contact information, they must inform notify the other party in order to ensure the exchange of information. If the change of address without notifying the other party shall bear all consequences of the change of address without notification.
ARTICLE 4: LAW AND LANGUAGE USED IN THE CONTRACT:
4.1 This contract is subject regulation of the legal system Vietnam
4.2 Language of this contract is represented by Vietnamese.
