Phương thức OEM không thực sự phát

Phương thức OEM không thực sự phát triển bởi nguồn vải trong nước không đáp ứng được yêu cầu còn nếu phải sử dụng vải nước ngoài thì phải mua theo chỉ định trong khi chi phí vốn trong nước quá cao. Phương thức OEM được áp dụng bởi một số FDI đầu tư theo chuỗi cung ứng tại Việt Nam.
