Study materials create an endless applications in the life sciences, materials technology is becoming increasingly popular and widespread development. Types of research material, the semiconductors used quite a lot in the field of technology and manufacturing components. Semiconductors have been discovered from the 19th century. In 1940, the first transistors were invented. Today's semiconductors become an indispensable raw material for many electronic devices as well as social infrastructure, it is actively providing support for our daily life. Semiconductors have an important role in controlling the equipment in many different sectors, for example air conditioners, enhance the safety of cars, laser surgery treatment, medical care and many other applications. In addition, the advancement of semiconductor technology has helped us optimize the system, miniature and energy-saving equipment, the protection of the global environment, provide safe and comfortable lives and open up the future prosperity.
