ĐIỀU KIỆN, HÌNH THỨC VÀ THỜI GIAN THANH TOÁN:
3.1 Đồng tiền thanh toán: mọi thanh toán theo hợp đồng này được thực hiện bằng đồng Việt Nam.
3.2 Điều kiện thanh toán:
- Văn bản đề nghị thanh toán của Bên B.
- Hóa đơn VAT do bên B ký phát.
- Hồ sơ nghiệm thu hàng tháng được Bên A xác nhận bao gồm:
+Bản chấm công các vị trí, các chốt do Bên B lập.
+Bảng tổng hợp khối lượng công việc bảo vệ tại các vị trí, các chốt do Bên B lập và được Bên A ký xác nhận.
3.3 Thời gian thanh toán:
- Sau mỗi tháng, Bên A và Bên B có trách nhiệm hoàn thành điều kiện thanh toán trước ngày mùng 10 của tháng kế tiếp.
- Bên A có trách nhiệm chuyển tiền vào tài khoản của Bên B chậm nhất vào ngày 15 của tháng kế tiếp (tính từ ngày hoàn thiện đủ chứng từ thanh toán) 100% số tiền dịch vụ của tháng. Nếu quá thời hạn trên thì số tiền chậm trả được tính theo lãi suất của Ngân hàng Nhà nước tại thời điểm đó.
