KHÁI NIỆM
Tài khoản ký quỹ là tài khoản tiền gửi không kỳ hạn của tổ chức tại Ngân hàng nhằm đảm bảo việc thực hiện một nghĩa vụ tài chính của tổ chức đó đối với Ngân hàng hoặc đối với các bên liên quan.
Đối tượng tham gia chương trình:
• Tổ chức Việt Nam được thành lập và hoạt động theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
• Tổ chức nước ngoài được thành lập và hoạt động theo quy định của pháp luật nước mà tổ chức đó thành lập.
Đặc điểm:
• Các loại ký quỹ:
o Ký quỹ mở L/C (đảm bảo thanh toán L/C phát hành tại ACB).
o Ký quỹ bảo lãnh (đảm bảo thanh toán cho chứng thư bảo lãnh do ACB phát hành).
o Ký quỹ để đảm bảo cho việc phát hành thẻ tín dụng tại ACB.
o Ký quỹ thực hiện nghiệp vụ forward tại ACB.
o Ký quỹ để được phép hoạt động một số ngành nghề theo quy định của chính phủ như kinh doanh lữ hành, hoạt động xuất khẩu lao động, hoạt động giới thiệu việc làm, hoạt động bán hàng đa cấp...
