Vào những năm đầu thập kỉ 90, Kềm Nghĩa đã được đưa vào thị trường Việt Nam với cái tên là Nghĩa Sài Gòn. Trong những năm đầu kinh doanh, công ty đã gặp vô vàng sự khó khăn như vốn, máy móc, nơi sản xuất và đặc biệt là những người thợ lành nghề như người đã thành lập công ty là ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn ( hiện nay là chủ tịch Hội đòng quản trị của công ty).
Bằng ý chí và quyết tâm của một người thợ vào tiềm năm và cơ hội phát triển của ngành nghề sản xuất dụng cụ làm đẹp này. tháng 9/ 2000, công ty đã chính thức hoạt động theo cơ chế công ty Trách Nhiệm hữu hạn, tên giao dịch là Kềm Nghĩa ( Nghĩa Nipper). 17/1/2008, công ty chính thức hoạt động theo cơ chế công ty cổ phần Kềm Nghĩa.
Với bề dày kinh nghiệm và nhân viên với kĩ năng cao, hiện nay công ty tự hào là đơn vị sản xuất và kinh doanh các dụng cụ làm móng không chỉ tại Việt Nam mà cả trên thị trường quốc tế. Ví dụ như Mỹ, Canada, Đức...
