Nếu có phát sinh tranh chấp sẽ được

Nếu có phát sinh tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết bằng phương pháp hòa giải tự thỏa thuận. Nếu không thỏa thuận được thì phán quyết của Tòa án Kinh Tế TP.HCM sẽ là quyết định cuối cùng mà các bên phải tuân thủ và chấp hành. Án phí sẽ do bên có lỗi chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
