Được sự chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, lãnh đạo Quốc Hội, Kiểm toán Nhà nước đã và đang thực hiện kiểm toán Dự án đồng thời với quá trình xây dựng công trình. Đến nay Kiểm toán Nhà nước đã hoàn thành 4 đợt kiểm toán Dự án (2 đợt năm 2012 và 2 đợt năm 2013). Kết quả đánh giá của Kiểm toán Nhà nước về các nội dung đầu tư nhìn chung chấp hành đúng quy định của Nhà nước về công tác quản lý đầu tư xây dựng cũng như công tác lựa chọn nhà thầu.

Is the direction of the Prime Minister, the leader of Parliament, the State Auditor has performed the audit project simultaneously with the process of construction. So far the State Auditor has completed 4 audits project (phase 2 phase 2 2012 and 2013). Assessment of State Audit of the investment content overall observance of provisions of the State on the management of the construction as well as the selection of the contractor.

Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, leaders of Congress, the State Auditor has been performing audits simultaneously with the construction. To date the State Auditor has completed audits Project 4 (2 times 2 times in 2012 and 2013). Evaluation results of the State Audit of investment activity generally abide by the regulations of the State on the management of the construction as well as the selection of contractors.
